How long do you guys think he will be in for? BTW Reason for asking is because he's the same punk a$$ b!tch ass who shot my friend 5 times in his chest just because he was from a different *HOOD*, the thing he doesnt know is that when he gets sentenced, he will be in the same Prison as the victims older cousin .. [dance]

Oh yeah most of you guys are probably wondering if my homie lived or not.. Yeah he is recovering, another reason why the punk shot him was because my friend is Tongan, weighs about 260 almost 6' - when he was approached by 5 guys in Sacramento Florin Mall asking him "where you from", when my friend replied one of the guys pulled out a Colt .45 and shot him 5 times, 3 bullets hit his chest, one hit is upper leg by the thighs, one went through his hand and hit a innocent lady who was getting into her car ....

I just got off the phone with my friend and we're planning to goto court on the day he gets sentenced ... Its just too bad for the punk cuz now he gets locked up and now we all know what "STREET" he was from so we can all just go there to have a little fun with his siblings - [dance]

Damm dude, he shot your friend over some petty shit like that. Did you friend survive, and was this dude ever convicted for it.

From the looks of it he will be facing a good amount of time. It hard to say exactly how many year because there are too many variables such as wheter or not he has a record or wheter or not there will be any plea barganing (say for instance he pleads guilty for the two more serious felonie, then the DA might drop the lesser charge, etc etc etc). But those charges against him are some serious felony charges so he will be doing some hard time.

Oh yeah and you said your friends cousin is going to be in the same prison so he might already be a marked man, looks like justice will be served in another way also.

After seeing the pic he looks like a punk ass little b**** that suffers dearly from little man syndrome. 5'4" 130 LMAO I think I could grab him by the neck with one hand and throw hime across a room. Its a shame he cant handle shit like a man and relies on a weapon to fight his battle for him. He'll def be somebodies women in the pen'

Im glad your friend is recovering, must have a serioud will to survive after being shot 5 times in the upper torso. Hope he fully recovers soon [patriot]

Well, if the attempted murder charge is on your friend (which I'm assuming it was) then it will be dropped to a 245 (a) (1) which is ADW (assualt with a deadly weapon). The other charges aren't really a lot of time as far as felony's go. Be prepared to wait if he takes it to trial. Some of these type cases can last well over a year if they (defense) delay it for one reason or another. They don't list if he's on probation or parole. If this is his first time offense, I would guess he would get around a couple years and some change max. Of course if he spends a year in county fighting it, all of that time would count towards his sentence and he could get out soon after his sentencing with little prison time, due to time served (if he only received 2 years for example). This is only my opinion of course.

Hopefully he gets life or the death penalty [patriot] We were with my boy today and he said that the punk also tried to shoot his head but he put his hands up to block it and the bullet went through his hand and hit a innocent lady on her leg .. So hope they make worse as possible

3-4 years? Man, with five shots thats pretty much trying to kill the person. I can see one, and then he stopped. But 5! I honestly think this guy will get 20+ years , if not life with future date of parole. The judge will see his criminal history and see how dangerous he is and can be to society.

10 bucks - he gets 20+ years! Any bets?

IMO, its not probable that he will get 20 years for (attempted murder). Most attempted murderers get around 10 maybe 15 years depending on the circumstance. The only exception is if the DA includes some kind of enhancement (gang) or its a second strike or better, then its possible he will get 20-life. Remember, hardly anyone does the full time. Most sentencing is completed at 85% or sometimes as little as 60%, meaning a 10 year sentence at 60% would be completed in 6 years.

Thats a slap on the wrist for almost killing someone. Hopefully they add the special circumstances, because he yelled out if he claimed anything (according to the OP's) and gave no time for a response. But I guess they would have to prove that also, so who knows.

The suspect asked where was he from, when my boy replied.. The suspect said "OAK PARK 33rd n!@@A!" then pulled out a gun and shot him 5 times.. Yeah they did claim , they are part of a 33rd ST Piru (blood) gang -

ON EDIT - My homie is from 29th Street where most of the "CRIPS" reside - But he knew almost everyone from Oak Park area and never seen the guy who shot him before

So far from my experience of being wrapped up in the legal system here in California, people that do big crimes such as that bitch won't get an awful amount of time, where as someone that doesn't do hardly anything looks at 4 years in state.

Let us know how it turns out AL Stock. Like I said, it will be several months until a verdict if he takes it to trial. I've been a member here since 01 so I'll be here! [burnout]

About 6-7 of the victims cousins went to Court Today but they wouldnt let them in because they feared the criminals safety hahah So the verdict today @ 1:30pm was moved over to Nov 8th at 1:30pm lol I can see the pattern already,

On my first post i posted INMATE information, you can view it by clicking on it and checking out the status on his case too
