I had a aftermarket sunroof put in to one of my cars (not a Mustang) in the past and it looked and worked great. It was worth it for me.
I have seen some work done by Quality Sunroofs Inc in Santa Clara it looked real nice.

putting a moonroof on any other car and putting one on a mustang are two totally different things. on most any other car, yeah it would be cool, but on a mustang, you will lose chassis strength, and it will probably leak in due time, since most people have their mustangs for a good amount of time.

its basically "almost" the same concept as okay I dont want a hard top any more lets make it a convertable or trying to make a vert in to a hard top it never really works out right considering all the work put into it and money . . .. it will never be the same as if you got in an accident with the car . . . you should buy like tires or rims how much it would cost to cut a whole in the roof

If you got in a acident hard enough to re-align your moon roof your car would be totaled.

Congrats to you, but the last car I had with a moonroof leaked. It ruined my rear seat and a nice suede jacket. I will never own a car with one again. If you want to see something over your head, buy a vert.
(my last vert leaked also, but I expected a little bit considering the fit/materials used.)
