Same setup i have LoL i changed my studs with nothing but pb blaster and a 8" pipe wrench

ya pb blast them overnight then take two jam nuts and tighten them against each other....then turn the top nut to remove the stud...if that makes senses its a bitch but any shop should be able to do this. only special tool you need is a socket for o2 sensors.
